FAQ
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Most of the time, the answer is YES! I’m here to make your life as easy as possible. Dubai, Montreal, the moon… wherever you want, I’ll give you one price that covers everything—literally everything! No hidden fees, no surprises, just pure, unadulterated coverage.
Do we need a second photographer or one would be enough to cover our wedding?
Having a second photographer isn’t absolutely necessary, but it’s like having a backup dancer—just makes everything better. They’re there to catch all the angles you didn’t know you needed, like when you're both walking down the aisle or sneaky candid moments happening across the room. They're basically an extra pair of eyes—and when you’ve got over 100 guests at your wedding, they’ll be the secret agent getting all the shots you’ll be glad you have!
Are our wedding photos backed up after the wedding?
I back everything up in three places—because one just isn’t enough when it comes to your wedding memories. Oh, and it’s all fully encrypted to keep those pesky hackers away. Your privacy is my top priority; in this digital age, security is more important than that last piece of cake at the reception.
I also keep your RAW files for 2 years (yep, I’m basically your digital hoarder), and after that, I delete the culled images like an overzealous cleaner. The JPEGs and selected RAWs from the final delivery? Those are archived into their fancy final stage, safe and sound. So, if you ever lose your wedding photos (God forbid), don’t worry—I’ve got them backed up in more places than your favourite snacks.
How long does it take to recieve the photos after the wedding and how will those be delivered?
We like to keep the excitement really going! After a few days, we’ll send you some teasers to keep you on the edge of your seat, followed by a slideshow to make you cry happy tears, and then, about 8 weeks later, the full gallery! It’s like a wedding Netflix series—just with fewer cliffhangers and more love.
Do you carry backup equipment?
One key thing every wedding photographer should have? Backup equipment—because let’s face it, cameras have a mind of their own sometimes. I carry two cameras on me at all times, not in my bag like a normal human, but strapped to my waist like a photographer superhero. Why? Because camera breakages happen more often than you'd think.
And here’s a fun fact for you: cameras record to memory cards, and those little things like to fail at the worst possible moment. But don’t panic—I shoot to two memory cards. So if one decides to take an unexpected nap, the other’s got your back. This is non-negotiable—every photographer gets a card failure at least once or twice a year, so I like to call it “preparedness with style.”
Do we have to feed you on our wedding day?
Ah, the meal question—a classic! I do love when couples can provide a meal, because let’s be real, being on my feet from 9am to 11pm (or later) is like running a marathon, but with a camera. A warm meal and a chance to sit down really helps keep those creative juices flowing.
Now, the reason I ask in advance is because, on the big day, if I wait until the last minute, sometimes the venue can’t whip up something in time. And trust me, you don’t want me hangry while trying to capture your first dance. If food can’t be provided, I usually take an hour (or more) to find something to eat. And if your venue is in the middle of nowhere, that “quick snack” could turn into a mini road trip. So, keeping me fed and on-site? Definitely the way to go! Your photographer—and your wedding photos—will thank you!
